Victim Impact
Panel
MADD believes
that drunk drivers need to hear what happens
to the victims of drunk driving accidents. The Drunk
Driving Victim Impact accomplishes this goal.
Impaired
driving offenders attend the panel where victims
speak
briefly about how their lives and families have been
affected
by accidents involving drinking and driving.
